Cupcake Order Form
Please enter the company information, then click submit at the bottom. If your desired pickup or delivery time is less than 24 hours away, you will need to call 612-378-4818 to place your order. All email orders require a minimum lead time of 24 hours. Orders are only processed Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm CST, and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm CST.
If you would like to cancel your order you must do so 24 hours before the selected delivery or pickup time. If orders are canceled less than 24 hours before, Cupcake is not able to provide you with a refund.
Minimum order for delivery is 1 dozen in DOWNTOWN Minneapolis or St. Paul. Delivery charge is $15. For areas outside of downtown the minimum is 2 dozen and the delivery charge will depend on area.
Free Delivery with an order of $100 or more within downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Minimum order for pick up is 6 cupcakes.
Minimum per flavor 6 cupcake up to 8 flavors, after 8 flavors 12 cupcakes per flavor is required.
Minimum per flavor for babycakes is 12.
