No two sourdoughs are alike, this bread is a product of its environment, the wild yeast from the starter, the prospect park air and water, and the tender love and care we give this bread over three days before it hits the oven all go into its deliciousness.

Multi Grain (dairy free)
Like our sourdough, there’s no commercial yeast in this baby she’s all wild. It takes four days before she ready for baking and eating but the wait is worth it. With Wheat, rye, corn meal, flax, oats, and rice, she’ll keep you regular and smiling.

With fresh spinach and parmesan cheese baked in this savory sourdough, it goes perfect with any sandwich or just to eat all by itself!

NEW! Italian Baguette
Featuring a rich flavor with a toasty crust. We use the old dough method to give our baguettes more flavor. Every batch of baguette dough has some of yesterday’s dough in it. Once we form the loaves we let them ferment overnight for a slightly tangy flavor

Oh my, it is good. As with all of our breads its all natural with no preservatives and you can taste the goodness. This one is just like my grandmother used to make every day. It’s quite possibly the best white bread you will ever taste.

Rye (caraway seed free)
The long fermentation gives bread that deep multi-layered flavor and you can sure taste it in this rye. We make ours without caraway seeds for a smoother flavor. Give it a try you will love it. Made with buttermilk. Not dairy free.

Our Starter:
Born of water, flour, grapes, and wild assed yeast floating around in the, oh so wonderful Minnesota air. She has been with us since before cupcake opened Oct 1st 2004. We gave her a good strong name and she has lived up to it. We named her Molly Brown after the “unsinkable Molly Brown” of titanic fame
